Eyvind Brynildsen excluded from the Rally of Great Britain

In a shock development on Sunday evening, the winner of the Production Car World Rally Championship category of Rally GB, Eyvind Brynildsen, was excluded from the results after his car was found to be fitted with non regulation brakes. At the rally’s post event scrutineering, Brynildsen’s Skoda Fabia 2000 was found to be fitted with rear brake callipers which did not comply with the homologation form for the car.
